Refund policy

Due to the nature of the digital products, all printable plans are non refundable once downloaded.  T-shirts and apparel are made to order, so they are only refundable if the product you received is not the product ordered.  If there are issues with your order, please contact us to work out a solution.

Please note: Downloadable digital products can be downloaded up to 3 times and within ONE YEAR. After that, we cannot resend the product.
